I'm looking to use the UICR->OTP region (One Time Programmable (OTP) memory region within the User Information Configuration Registers (UICR)) on the nRF54H20 for storing full serial numbers during factory programming, similar to how we did with nRF52/nRF53 devices using J-Link.
I've checked the datasheets but haven't found explicit confirmation if this functionality is supported on the nRF54H20 in the same straightforward manner.
Can the nRF54H20's UICR->OTP be used for serial number storage during factory programming? If so, could you point me to any relevant documentation or programming methods?
