Power Profiler tool and Quick Start not opening in nRF Connect for Desktop

I'm experiencing an issue with my Power Profiler Kit II (PPK2) when using nRF Connect for Desktop.

System configuration:

  • nRF Connect for Desktop version: 5.2.0

  • Power Profiler app version: 4.3.0

  • Product number: PCA631001.1.1 / 2024.45 / D05271B2

Issue:
The Power Profiler app does not open, and the Quick Start button is unresponsive.
There is no issue with the hardware connection — the device is detected properly in Device Manager, and the USB connection is stable.

Has anyone encountered this issue or found a workaround?
