When I switched from the NCSv3.0.0 version to the NCSv3.2.1 version, I encountered the following compilation issue. How should I eliminate this "Error 1 (Ignored)"?

It is not a problem of version migration.

When I was using the peripheral_uart routine of NCSv3.2.1 and added the BLE OTA function, this error occurred.

This error is new to me. After a quick search here, I see that someone else has gotten the same problem, but it looks like they found out that it didn't really cause any issue (besides being annoying). Does it cause any problem on your side?
