nrf_drv_lpcomp_init and AREF1

Hello,

I've founded the nrf_drv_lpcomp_init function didn't configure the EXTREFSEL register that why I can't configure the LPCOMP to use the AREF1 pin as an external reference. I'm using SDK with 9.0.0 version

Hi, good catch, this must be a bug. I will report this internally, for now I suggest you write to NRF_LPCOMP->EXTREFSEL manually as a workaround if you need AREF1 as external reference.
