nrf52 - Unable to Program External Module

Hi all,

I have the nRF52 DK programming consistently without any trouble both on Kiel and using the nRFgo Studio.

My problems arise when I connect a 3rd party module (schematic is the same as the reference designs by Nordic).

nRFgo Studio is unable to find the device thus I am unable to program, erase any data etc.

I have tried using both the LDO and the DC/DC regulators but to no success.

I am connecting directly to P19 on the nRF52 DK using the following pin connections:

pin 1 - 3V pin2 - SWDIO pin3 - GND pin4 - SWDCLK pin5 - GND pin6 - Floating pin7 - Floating pin8 - Floating pin9 - GND pin10 - Floating

I have not included any pull-up resistors nor do I know if there are any on the module but judging from a previous post, they aren't necessary.

P0.21 / Reset is floating on the nRF52 SoC but I believe this has no effect on the programming as I am using the two wire SWD.

If anyone could give me any pointers, it would be greatly appreciated.

What's the module, who makes it, where did you get it from, where's the schematic for it?
