How to make a BLE start network with bidirecitonal communication with up to 50 peripheral devices

I need to make a BLE start network with bidirectional communication with up to 50 peripheral devices And central and perapherals will be communicating with computer with uart nus service to send my raw commands

Hello.

With the S130/S132 softdevice, you can have one connection to a central, and 7 to peripherals. If you want 49 devices, you would have to use one top node and 7 relay nodes to create the tree structure for alle devices.

A mesh structure might be better for 50 devices.

Will be 50 devices be battery powered, ie will they need to be low power?

The Mesh also has a serial interface which allows you to communicate with your computer. However the nodes require more power so this will work only if your design is not constrained for power. If you are constrained for power you may be better off using an advertiser/scanner to transmit and receive between the 50 nodes.
