softdevice not working good

i am using nrf52832 pca10040. i tried to run the ble blinky example from package installer. it compiles without any error, but when is load it to the DK it will not even advertise or enable Bluetooth.... When i opened the packages it shows a red mark in soft device portion... please help me to sort it off

Yes, but on the bluetooth side. Are you using your phone to connect to the DK? Do you have any problem with others examples also, e.g. ble_app_uart ? Have you read Getting started with the nRF5 development kit ?

Yes.. All the example have the same problem

The examples are downloaded from package installer... But the examples without softdevice work perfectly

Are you using SDK 12.1 ? If not, you can download it here.

Also make sure that you are using the correct Keil project:

SDK_INSTALL_FOLDER/examples/ble_peripheral/experimental_ble_app_blinky/pca10040/s132/arm5_no_packs
