Issue with Jlink windows driver for nRF52 DK board

Hi, I develop on nRF52 with linux/eclipse but to debug, I would like to use the sniffer. This one is only available on windows then I try to install it on a Windows 7 64bits Virtual Machine. The first step is to install the Jlink driver to connect the debugger of the DK board (PCA10040). I download the last version here (www.segger.com/.../jlink) and install it but when I connect the board, Windows can't install the driver correctly. I test the correction from this post (forum.segger.com/index.php but it doesn't resolve the problem. I suppose that a lot of people develop on Windows with nRF52 ; then is there someone who can help me ?

It's not a problem with the cable because it works on Linux

I tested on a native windows 7 PC and it works.

I find the solution : With the virtual machine, the PCA10040 wasn't connected in USB 2.0 because I didn't install the Extension Pack on VirtualBox. After installing the Extension Pack, I can connect the board with USB 2.0 and windows install correctly the driver
