Is there a Taiyo Yuden EYSGJNZWY fixture?

I'm trying to program 500 raw (not populated on boards) Taiyo Yuden EYSGJNZWY modules, which uses the nRF51882 chipset.

Does anybody know where I can get a fixture to do this?

Our board is already designed and though FDA, FCC, and CE.

Checked with them, they don't have a fixture to program the parts.

We already have the board designed and through FDA and CE. So we are needing it for raw parts before we put on the board. To costly to respin the board.
