Hi,
I have a running board with NUS service (serial profile). This boards starts advertising until a remote device (android nrf UART app) connects to it. then it starts sending some data to the remote device.
My goal now, is to connect to my board using windows 7 PC with any terminal software (such as putty). For this I guess I need to connect my device to a serial port (COM ports). I tried this but my PC does not seems to recognize my device (it connects to it because I see that connection LED is ON) but when looking for the drivers it never finds them and my device is displayed in hollow at windows 7 bluetooth devices list. (My PC has bluetooth 4.0 capabilities and I already paired a bluetooth 4.0 keyboard (HID over GATT) on it successfully which means I have the 4.0 stack installed)
Please check my two screenshots for more details:
Devices list (diplay my device in hollow):
Adding COM ports to bluetooth does not show any device in the list
Is there any driver I should install or any modification I should add to the application ? any help is welcomed or any other way enabling me to display the device sent data on windows 7 and copy these data on a file is welcomed.
