You are referring to experience with Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) device (sometimes called BT2.0/2.1) which are having Virtual COM port defined and supported in Windows out of the box. Nordic nRF5x devices support only BT Low Energy, there is nothing like Virtual COM port defined so there is no help. You could try to achieve it with custom Windows application (maybe even possible to emulate it as device driver) but it seems not available anywhere yet so you either know what to do and you will spend the time writing it or you don't and then there is no help. You could hire some company or developer who could do this for you but again this forum doesn't seems to be a good place. Sorry.
