In datasheet it had been mentioned that in SPIM0,SPIM1,SPIM2 the SPI clock frequency should not exceed more that 8 Mhz. And SPIM3 nothing is mentioned. Can we understand that SPIM3 allows sck more that 8MHz. ?

ok. I will try with 8MHz currently.
So, whether it is nrF52832 or nrF52840 , both doesnt have SPI periphal of frequency more than 8MHz. But in datasheet the frequency register set allow upto 32MHz. Which is going to be added in errata (as per sigurd statement).
It looks like SPIM3 is at least somewhat functional in the nRF52840 Rev 1 Errata document. Can it be used at greater than 8MHz (with Rev 1 silicon)?

Yes, you can run it at 16 Mbps and 32 Mbps with Rev 1.
