nRF51422 startup time for 32kHz

Hello I have a question for startup time for 32kHz of nRF51422. nRF51422_PS v3.1 indicates startup time for 32kHz typ 0.3sec.

What is this spec minimum value. I’d like to know approximately value of this spec.

So, if I choose external 32k xtal that startup time is 80msec(measurement value), it's no problem ?

No problem, as long as your chosen xtal is within the max. parameters I mentioned earlier. it might vary from hundreds of milliseconds, up to a second. It all depends on the physical parameters of your chosen 32k xtal.
