nRF52/PCA10040 stays on bootloader mode

Hi,

One of my pca10040 stays on bootloader mode. I have tryed copying J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 160212.bin file on the bootloader drive but it stays the same.

board does not appear under nrfgo studio either.

Any advice?

Thanks for your help.

1. Board appears as MBED ucontroller USB Device for 1mn or so then disapears

2. Different cables or usb port tried. cable and ports work for another board i have

3. Tried on other computers, still not working

4. BOOTLOADER removable device is the state i am only able to have. i have copied J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170213.bin file, the card blinks faster but nothing more then.

5. Voltage is 2.92v

6. JLink is now 6.18 was 6.16 no progress

7. JLink commander tells no USB device is found.

i am not recognized on this part of nordic site and it tells my email is unknown when i try to recover pwd. Weird.
