Will you develop our firmware/app?

I`m representing a Norwegian company that wants to etablish contact with developers that can help us develop BLE 4.0 firmware/app for ios/android. We´ve been in contact with NSC and they told us to try here.

We do not have experience with any software house that develops BLE enabled IOS/Android apps. Just to mention something, I heard rumours that this software house has some experence. But I guess any major software house that develops Android/IOS apps has some experience by now with BLE API.
