  • Hello James,

The S332 SoftDevice is provided by Dynastream in collaboration with Nordic Semiconductor. So you can get the Softdevice through that link.

  • hi Martin

i had get the s332 softDevice, when i download the hex file ,i can't connect to my phone app nRFconnect.pls help advise, tks

  • I need a little more information that James.

Please describe in details what steps you have done.

For example: Have you flashed the device with the "ble_ant_app_hrm" application and the s332 Softdevice?

Does LED 1 indicate that it is Advertising?

Can you find your device when scanning with nRF Connect?

  • Hi,dear Martin,I also encountered the same problem today,My chip is nrf52832,I downloaded nRF5_SDK_14.2.0_17b948a today at www.nordicsemi.com and downloaded ANT_s332_nrf52_5.0.0 at www.thisisant.com. I used your example. Example <InstallFolder>\examples\multiprotocol\ble_ant_app_hrm, I downloaded the s332 protocol stack and it

However, my mobile phone APP is not connected to the board. My mobile phone app is downloaded from Google Play and the name is nRF Toolbox.

My phone app is able to search for its Bluetooth radio.
LED lights on the board can also flash。

ANT+ Can work properly, I use another board to simulate the Heart rate meter。

I tried one afternoon and Bluetooth cannot connect to the board。

    I want to know why?

    I am a patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder。

Can you answer me quickly? thank you very much!

  • If you could provide a sniffer log to show what happens over the air, that would be very helpful.

Have you tested with nRF Connect?
