Not able to program BMD300 using Jlink Segger

We are using BMD300 module in our custom design, but we are facing issue in programming BMD300  using j-link segger. The device is not getting detected in nRFgo studio. But in keil it is getting detected but after flashing the firmware device is not advertising. Since from keil we are not able to flash exact soft device. 

We have tested the BMD300 module seperately by connecting SWDIO, SWCLK and RST pins, it is detecting in J-link commander but not in nRFgo studio. We have two different BMD300 modules which has factory firmware "AB" and another has "AD" but it is not detecting in both the cases.

Is there any solution for this?

With Jlink commander, there is no error message.

Did you use nrfjprog from the command line? nRFgo Studio has not been updated in a while, so it might have some compatibility issues.

nrfjprog is a part of the nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32 available for download on our main website.
