how can send and receive in nRF52840 UART .(with out using android app )

how can in send and receive data in UARTE IN nRF52840 . do you have any snippet for UARTE SDK15 (BOTH ses and keil IDE )
The UART example I posted below is for the UARTE peripheral. It has project files for both keil and ses.
