how to create more groups in mesh

I create a mesh use Mesh SDK v1.0.1 and there is just a group ,and I want to create more groups. I compared it with Mesh SDKv2.0.1 which divide servers into two groups . The servers subscribe the group address .But I still don't know  how to create the group address and make different servers subscribe them.could you help me?

I have some problem about creating groups in the last Mesh SDK 2.2.0. I created a new case about it but I have to back to you again,this case shows the detail.

Please don't try to creat multiple duplicated case. Or if you create a new case that related to this, please send a link here to point me to the case. 
I think we can continue on that case.
