Coin cell Current pump CR2032

checking most of the reliable coin cell CR2032 such AS Panasonic declare on very very low current transfer far lower then 5 mA

if i set my Ble in 5mA IO OUT ....when my ble in on and full power it consume 5mA this is far from the battery manufacturer to supply

1.what should be te hardware and software configuration for charge pump ....

2-3 minutes at 100% duty-cycle on a single coin cell is a tricky use-case, especially if you want it cheap. Can you describe your use case in more detail, like are you using the CPU 100% of the time for 2-3 minutes or are you just waking up to connect to a device, transmit some data and go back to sleep for a few hours?

we moved to 2xAAA , we will keep using the coin cell to other product that runs for few millisecond and go back to sleep , beside the old ESR trick any more tricks and configuration  in hardware or software can be suggested , also any Application Note maybe for schematic  and software with coin cell  ? ?
