Android MCP app not working

Hi,

I have installed nRF Master Control Panel app on custom board running Android kitkat 4.4.2(ASOP).

But when I run MCP app it gives prompt that 'Device doesn't support Bluetooth Low Energy'.

Even tough BLE is present and with android standard app (settings->bluetooth) I am able to detect and connect to BLE devices(Nordic running sample app).

On further debugging I found that it was an android issue. BLE framework entry was missing from vendor specific config. Hence it was failing and giving that prompt. After adding that entry I was able to run MCp on custom board.
