Terminal => Run Task => sdk _config=>CMSIS configurator=> nRF_Log......set the parameter what you want...
Can we follow this tutorial for windows as well?
You can, but you'll have to make modifications to a few of the steps that are macOS specific. You can also use the original poster's repo for finding the relevant files for setting this up on Windows.

If anyone encounters the warnings from IntelliSense with generic types such as uint8_t types not being defined, this seems to be due to a bug where static inline definitions seem to interfere with IntelliSense's functionality. I was able to fix this by adding the following in my c_cpp_properties.json file, in the defines section:
