Two Factor Problem

Two Factor Authentification is enabled for my primary account (I had to create a second one to ask question).

Something has gone wrong with setting up two factor authentification!

I am unable to login with two factor authentification, I do not receive any notification in the Google Authentification App.

How is it possible to disable two factor authentification so I can use my account again ([email protected])

What you experienced sounds like an anomaly - especially since you dont recall selecting 2FA for you account :)But I've written a blog about 2FA on DevZone, just in case someone would like to try it out:

The same happened with my account, [email protected] . It now is asking for the code from Google Authenticator, but I never activated 2FA in my devzone account. I had to create this account I am using now to inform about this problem. What should I do to recover my account?
