Which version of SDK and softdevices support Amazon FreeRTOS?

Hi,

May I know which version of S140 SDK and softdevices support which version of Amazon FreeRTOS and FreeRTOS kernel? If yes, I'm interested to know, as far as I know I could allocate some example under \examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs_freertos

Hi,

Support for FreeRTOS on nRF52840 chip is only available in recently released SDK 15.0.0.

This use FreeRTOS Kernel V10.0.0.

I know there is a FreeRTOS example, but any chance Nordic have any working AWS FreeRTOS demo?

I notice there are news that Nordic already have ready Amazon Alexa demo for S130 softdevice with Quicklogic, mind share the demo to us? We would really appreciate that.

Hi,

Except from the Thingy-Alexa demo in this post, I'm not aware of any Alexa demos developed by Nordic.

The news you are linking to is a reference design developed by QuickLogic, using our nRF51 series IC. You will have to contact QuickLogic for requesting access to this. Nordic do not have access to, or permission to distribute this platform.
