Programming on nrf52810

Hi,

Am developing a beacon using nrf52810. I have a doubt on how to program the nrf52810 which I made using the schematics and layouts given in the Nordic website for nrf52810. Can you please tell me which pins to use?

which software to use?

and how to use for downloading the code into the board.

Edit: I am new to this and I have not used any BLE before.

I am using the schematic which I have attached and which pins should I use and which software should I use ?

Is there any other hardware required to program it ? I don't see Any ground and VCC pins in the schematic for supply to the board
