Hi....... 
 i am student , i am doing a project based on temperature. i want transfer data from temperature sensor to phone via using NRF connect . can you help me ? how to write a program where should i start ?which BLE peripheral can i use ? suggest me some idea

 BLE is really an advanced topic - it sounds like you first need some more time getting the basics properly established.

 As a student, your first place for help should always be your teachers/lecturers/supervisors. 
 It sounds like you have chosen a project that is far beyond your current capabilities - so you really do need to be checking with your teacher that your project is suitable at this stage in your course.
