How to connect to the PC with ble_app_template

Hi,

I would like to know how to program the code to connect the PC based on the ble_app_template.

The SDK version I used is V11 and the board I used is PCA2006, and I have already changed the board description.

I am not sure of the critical different of the ble_app_template and the ble_hid_keyboard which can connect with the PC.

Sounds like you have just started with our solutions and are having difficulty understanding the difference. You can read our documentation regarding this examples here. 

The beacon kit (PCA20006) you have can be programmed using the guide mentioned here. If you do not have extra nRF DK to use as a programmer, then you need to have another external programmer to connect to the SWD pins on PCA20006 to program it.

Actually I already know how to program the PCA2006 and I also try to use PCA10028 to test the ble_app_template.

But both of them are not capable to link with PC though the PC can scan them.

 Which app are you using on PC side? Are you using nRF Connect desktop app? what do you mean that the PC is not able to connect to the device?

As I mentioned, I would like to establish the code like ble_hid_keyboard from the ble_app_template.

So I try to program ble_app_template into the both PCAs, but it just cannot act like the keyboard which can connect to windows directly.
