nrf53 voltage debug port

Hello,
I'm prototyping using nrf52832 with BMD-300. On my new board I design, I need 3.6V tension (and not just 3.3), so I thought setting everything to 3.6V, including the nrf. Is debug port is ok to get 3.6V? I'm not sure it would affect the SWD lines, and I'm worring about the VDD OUT line too. Is it a matter for the SWD probe?

On the nrf52 page, max voltage is 3.6V which is fine, but I was not much scared for it.
The nrf52dk doesn't have a product specification. It has a user guide, on which is written:

"Important: The voltage supported by external debugging/programming is 3.0 V."
Right now, I'm using a board I was given which is 3.3V, and it's working very fine.
I'm wondering then if I'm doing something wrong. What's max voltage? Is it on any pins?

Oh, I see - you didn't mention anything about the DK initially.

What is the supply voltage on the DK? I think it might be just 3.0V ?

It's generally a bad idea to apply signals greater than the supply to any IC ...

the DK is powered by USB, no modification done. I'm using the debug out, which doesn't privide the VDD, but get it from the board. (which is powered by an external power supply).
As I don't have the PCA10040 schematic, I don't know much more about it.
I just remove the plastic on the SWD processor, and it's a ATSAM3U2C.
It seems it can accept up to 3.6V, and must be powered above 3V, else USB wouldn't be available. But at the same time, its VDDIO is at 2.8V... and GPIO max tension should be 2.8+0.3V=3.1V... So my actual board should have damaged my DK, and I don't think it did.
I don't know. At the same time, I'm not sure but if the VDD input pin from the debug out provides the atmel tension, it would be ok...

At the end, I think I must use a 3V reg for the nrf, and 3.6V reg for my other stuffs.

It seems like you are using some devices that has a min of 3.6V.  The nRF can handle 3.6V at max.  It would not damage it but operating at max capacity would reduce the life time of it.  As for SWD probes, they usually has a level shifter that can operate on a certain range.  The IDAP-Link CMSIS-DAP SWD/JTAG for example can handle 1.75V-3.6V.  If you are using the one from the DK, it might not have the level shifter as it is built only for the onboard nRF chip.
