Use nRF52840 DK connector interface pins as regular GPIO

Question

There are a few pins I want to use but are already assigned to MCU interface UART or buttons like p0.05 to p0.08 and p0.11 to p0.16 on the nRF52840 DK. I’m wondering if it is possible to set these pins as regular GPIO? Thanks

Did you not read down as far as SB50 ... ? 
 Have you looked at the User Guide and/or schematics ?
