Hex size is not reducing size while converting to zip

I tried to reduced my hex file's size while converting to zip but it doesn't get size under 256KB due to which I am getting an error: Data size exceeds the limit.

I don't know about any bugs regarding that. Maybe you should wait for support from Nordic.

If there is a bug with IntelHex2BinConverter, I cannot help you.

I already looked into it. I am working with legacy dfu.

Have you tried to use the nRF Connect Programmer utility found in nRF Connect for Desktop? This allows you to see the file size of your .hex file.

And have you tried to use nRF Connect app for iOS?
