nRF91 HTTP application update sample hosting on nRF Cloud

Hi

I want to run the the HTTP application update sample on the nRF9160. SDK v0.4.0, SES V4.16, Win 8.1.

I can build and run the application on the DK but I don't find the hosting your firmware on nRF Cloud option when clicking on the firmware.nrfcloud.com link in the documentation. After login my sidebar looks like this:

There is no "Firmware" button or similar as shown in the doc.

What am I doing wrong? Or is the this functionallity no longer supported by the nRF Cloud?
