Yes i started with the GPIOTE driver. Got the issue of not working keoperation that i forgot to enable NRFX_GPIOTE_ENABLED in SDK_config file as the GPIOTE uses nrfx drivers. was just enabling GPIOTE_ENABLED

There must be thousands of examples of interfacing matrix keyboards to microcontrollers.

The principles are the same whatever microcontroller you use.
