On Mac OS X, Programmer 1.1.0 (nRF connect for Desktop 2.7.0) crashed

Hi,

I tried to write firmware with nRF connect for Desktop and Programmer on Mac OS.

1. I installed nRF connect for Desktop 2.7.0 from github and J-Link driver (J-Link Software and Documentation pack).

2. I launch nRF connect for Desktop and install Programmer.

3. I launch Programmer on nRF connect for Desktop.

4. Click and choose "Select device " on Programmer

-> Programmer window crashed (white out).

On Windows 10 There is no problem with nRF connect for Desktop and Programmer.

My environment is

- Mac OS X 10.14.5 Mojave

- nRF connect for Desktop 2.7.0 ( It can not self-update from 2.6.0.

I have updated from github. https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfconnect-core/releases )

- Programmer 1.1.0 (require nRF connect for Desktop 2.7.0)

- J-Link Software and Documentation pack for macOS V6.46g

- J-Link Lite

- nRF52832 custom board

Very sorry for the delayed response. I have been away on a business trip & a short vacation last week. I have noticed the exact same issue & have reported it internally. I will get back to you shortly.

Hi - I have the same issue (blank programmer dialog/view) on my Mac with v3.0.0 of nRFConnect as well. A fix would be very welcome!

I believe this issue has now been fixed with the latest nRF Connect for Desktop v3.1.0. Could everyone that has this issue please test out the new Programmer app & let me know if there are any more problems. I have tested with multiple DKs on a Mac & everything seems to work fine.
