You can have a look at the HID examples in the SDK (HID keyboard and HID mouse). After they have bonded with one device, they use whitelist to only accept that one device later. (Until you delete the existing bond by pressing and holding a button while resetting the device.) Is that the kind of functionality you are looking for?
