How does my central device(phone) talk to 2 peripherals?

I have a phone app which talks to my peripheral device running the nrf52832 and so I will eventually add another peripheral device which ideally can communicate directly to my current peripheral device without going through the central. Unless that is just the way to go I'd like to setup my configuration to be a bit more robust.

Is this the network topology you are after ?

If yes, then this is fully possible to implement. If the second peripheral need to send data to the phone, the first peripheral can act as a relay node (acting both as a central and peripheral device). Take a look at this example. You might also find this example useful.

     That is great info......Yes that is mostly the case I just simply want the nrf52832 in the middle to be the peripheral but can it be a central without breaking the peripheral connection to the phone? That is the ideal case.....

Does this allow for the master and slave in the middle to be simultaneous without breaking the connection to the phone?

Yes, it can. In fact, the nRF52832 with S132 supports in total 20 concurrent links with freely selectable role (Central/Peripheral).  That means that you can have e.g 10 Central and 10 Peripheral links at the same time.

OK thats great....so how can I easily use that?  I am assuming you mean the experimental dual role example and integrate the UART over BLE into this?? Also what about the S130 softdevice for nRF52810?? I think that only covers peripheral and no central?
