Okay, could you delete the ncs-folder and just reinstall west?

Able to do west update now.

Not able to set zephyr base as below screen shot.

Hi! I'm sorry, the screenshot didn't tell me a lot. Have you followed step 2.1.3 Build and flash - using SEGGER Embedded Studio from this tutorial, where they tell you how to set the Zephyr Base in SES?
