Than, I am trying to add a Timer code to my project "ble_app_uart"

After adding main.c, I only modified 3 places.

Take a look at this ticket, where I give an explanation of the difference.

If I am not mistaken, you should not use the NRFX definitions and functions directly, as this is not the intention of it. In SDK 15.x.x, some higher layer API is always used on top of it. In NCS, the NRFX API is also used, but the Zephyr API is always used on top of it.

Add initialization and start timer in main function

But Timer1 doesn't work.

For the timer example there is no such folder (pca10056e), and you have to create it yourself. Take a look at Developing for nRF52811→Creating your own emulated project for guidance how to make it.
