I have a same question:

But I not working nRF Connect Programmer.

Are you able to program the device using nrfjprog ? Try running the command nrfjprog --recover and test the Programmer App after that Try the solutions provided in this thread Best regards, …

No file memory layout...

device memory layout from jlink read code for cpu.
