I could not find SoftDevice S300 on your website

once I install the SoftDevice, will nrf51422 automatically connect to iphone or Android?

If you're new to the nRF development process, might I suggest looking at our Bluetooth Low Energy tutorial here on DevZone, the first of a three-part series of tutorials that should help you get into the development process? Reading up on the Infocenter as Turbo J suggests, is also a great way to get into the specifics of the SDK, SoftDevice, and our products.

happy holidays to everyone. I need to know how much bluetooth code needs to be written if I use S310. Also how much of the processors the S310 uses(processor time, RAM, program memory, ...)

Sorry about the delayed reply, but we have been understaffed during the holidays. In order to see how much Flash and RAM the S310 SoftDevice uses, please check the S310 SoftDevice Specification on the Infocenter, specifically table 23 on page 42 for this particular information.
