Hi,

We have looked more thoroughly into this, and it seems the typical number of 90 μs is no longer correct. The correct number with S140 6.1.1 and 7.0.1 is about 110 μs, which matches your findings.

This has been reported internally so that the SoftDevice Specification can be updated in a future release.
