Programming issue in BMD300

First time I programmed the BMD 300 IC ,it got programmed and worked good.After some days later I tried program the board, But the previous code was present in the mcu, i was not able to flash the new program in it.neither i can be able to erase the old one.ours is custom board,we are using j-link for programming and debugging.any one knows please reply

Iam  using evaluation kit to program our custom board , our custom board does not havr segger so it is showing the id of evk
