nRF52832 RAM not initial when reset.

      How do I define a variable that is not initialized at RAM when reset,   Repower initialization ?

Hi,

I want to reset RAM but I cant use pin reset because I can't change of custom board now.

I am doing softreset for that but as checked product specification softreset can't reset RAM. Is there any other to reset RAM using software?
