nRF5340 - Bluetooth constantly disconnects

Hi, 

I've tried the Heart Rate sample code (both from hex and source file) and in both cases, I encounter the same problem - constant disconnection. When it finally connects it's fine but most of the time it looks like this:

To connect I'm using a phone with Android  8.0.0.

Source code is taken from master branch (https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/tree/master) but I checked from 1.3.0 too with the same result.

For programming, I've used Segger Embedded Studio v4.52.
