Wireshark interface issue

Hi 

I am having an issue as I can not see the interface at wireshark. I can not run this command 

nrf_sniffer_ble.sh --extcap-interfaces

Are you sure v 3.5 of the pyserial module got installed to same python version invoked by the script? If not, can you double check the what version you have in the site-packages folder (/Users/hafsa.ismail/Library/Python/3.8/lib/python/site-packages)
