Cannot build for Thingy91

Trying to build asset tracker for Thingy91 following the instructions at
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/ug_thingy91.html

    Hi,

     

    Do all examples fail to build?

    If yes, could you please delete the zephyr cache folder, and then try to regenerate the project (remember to delete the build folder first!)?

    The cache is located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\.cache\zephyr.

    There is no .cache folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%:



    But there is one in ..\ncs\v1.3.1\zephyr:



    Should I delete this one instead?

    Deleted it and still get the same issue:

    Also tried to manually install following the instructions.
    At:

    Hi,

     

    Q1. Do you have several cmake installations in your system? you can check this by opening a cmd prompt and writing "where cmake" to see if it lists anything outside of the toolchain-manager location.

    Q2: Do other samplesapart from asset_tracker compile?

    You can try.

    the older %APPDATA% location has known to be problematic if you switch between newer and older zephyr versions.
