Coded PHY Power Profile

Since the Online Power Profiler only supports 1M PHY, does a static power profile for coded PHY exist that shows the current levels for the full advertising length? I'd like to do a power guesstimation for my coded PHY application. I'm doing non-connectable beacon advertising with a payload of 28 bytes. Anything you have would be helpful as I'm working off of scope and multimeter measurements.

Hi,

To get a rough estimate you can take the TX length and multiply by 8. 

Try this calculation.  

TX_len * 3 * 7 * TX_current / interval + total_avg_current_1M = new_total_avg_current_CODED

Hi JONATHAN LL here is my Online Power Profiler for BLE Information, could you tell me how to calculate the new total avg current coded more detailed.

TX_len * 3 * 7 * TX_current / interval + total_avg_current_1M = new_total_avg_current_CODED

(296.0us * 3 * 7 * 16.4mA)/(551.25ms) + 42uA = 226.9uA
