Antenna connection problem

I'm looking at the material on this development board, but I'm starting to get confused about the antenna connector issue. I do not know whether I should use NFC Antenna Connector or SWF RF port for direct RF measurements. If I should use NFC Antenna Connector, please send me the relevant information of this Connector.

It should be noted that I am exploring the possibility of using the NRF5340 DK to implement AOA direction finding and therefore may need to connect the antenna array.

I know you probably answered this question, but I still want to confirm two questions:

1. Can nRF5340 DK be used for Bluetooth AOA?

2. On the direction finding side of Bluetooth AOA, I must use SWF to connect the antenna array?
