nrf5340 NET CPU RTC0,RTC1 stop to work

Hello, with the new version of the nrf5340 version D in the NET CPU RTC0 stops to work and the RTC0 IRQ is not called 

now for example the counter is stopped at 87 and the compare0 is 147  

the LFCLK results RUNNING

With the previous CHIP version B this was not happening. 

I checked the same problem in different boards

How to solve?  I have the project stopped like the RTC0

There is an idle loop in NET CPU with __WFE(); 

then RTC0 and RTC1 are active NVIC_SetPriority(RTC0_IRQn,0);

RTC0 IRQ Handler is called for a while then it stops to be called.

I was not able to reproduce this. I used the sample ncs/zephyr/samples/drivers/counter/alarm in NCS v1.5.1 with the board nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpunet. I added the file nrf5230dk_nrf5340_cpunet.overlay with the following content:

};

It worked as expected, and I got the following output:

Could you test the same and see if it works for you?

Hi Simon, i think the problem is related to the debug. I m a bit confused because the protection by default is creating lot of wasting time.

It's there a simple way to definitely turn off the protection so i can debug the effective behaviour?

In the datasheet i got info not clear and it's a fight with the flash that erases automatically. I the CHIP version B this was not happening.

I have a routine that updates the firmware in APP and in NET now it's a caos it's impossible to know what's happening.

Please is there a documentation simple and clear with effective example about how to disable this feature that erases automatically?

Simon i have a bare metal without OS. i just ask RTC0 to stop that with a GPIOTE interrupt generated by accelerometer i try to restart the RTC0 

in the loop i have _WFI();

Now it seems to work but i have troubles avec the protection enabled by default.

With Chip revision B all was good
