nrf52840 DK is not Detecting in nrfConnect with PC.

Hello to all,

I have a problem with nrf52840 DK board, it was not detecting in nrfConnect with PC.

Previously it was working but when I had checked one sensor which is I2C based. Once it appears in port and after some time when I had plugged it in my PC there is no detection of the board in my system. 

Also, LED5 is not blinking and USB cable is also good.

I had tried to connect the board through USB by pressing IF/BOOT but then also it doesn't work.

Please suggest some solution for this.

After power cycling the DK, it is not worked for me.

No, Power cycling doesn't work for me.

Also, the connection of a sensor was in the previous week.

Right now, my DK has no connection with any sensor, I am just trying to detect it in my system.

What version of the DK are you working on? 

Does the board show when issuing the following command in Command Prompt:

nrfjprog --ids

I had tried to connect the board through USB by pressing IF/BOOT but then also it doesn't work.

 Did you first power off the DK? After this press and hold IF/BOOT, then power on the board? This should allow the board to enter bootloader mode and a mass storage device should show on your computer with the name Bootloader. Now you should be able to pull the Interface MCU FW (found under Download section of the nRF52840DK product page)

The version of my DK is 2.0.1

In the command line, no message is prompt.

And last but not least, I had tried to power on DK after pressing and holding the IF/BOOT, but hard luck yet not update the same result. Nothing is happenning.
