You can find more details about each pin in the "Pin assignments" section of the nRF52833 PS. The second picture appears to be of an Atmel chip, maybe the JLINK OB mounted on the 52833DK?

The pin assigments are pretty flexible on this chip. For digital busses such as i2c you can select any of the general purpose I/Os. Just try to avoid those that have "Standard drive, low frequency I/O only" as the recommended usage for outputs with high load.

For the ADC you can select on of the analog inputs.
